Joseph Herbas joined Noonan & Lieberman in 2026 and brings over two decades of dedicated legal experience representing creditors and financial institutions in complex civil litigation. Before joining the firm, he spent 10 years as the managing attorney of the litigation department at the LOGS Legal Group, LLC, which represented large mortgage servicers in all stages of default servicing and asset recovery. His extensive trial and motion practice spans all aspects of civil litigation, with deep experience in foreclosures, evictions, replevins, and bankruptcy proceedings. His industry knowledge, practical courtroom experience, and aggressive, strategic approach deliver efficient, high-utility solutions that protect financial assets and mitigate risk for corporate clients.
