Update Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Remote Work

To Our Friends and Business Partners:

We previously mentioned in our March 16, 2020 update that the health and well-being of our attorneys, staff, clients, and their families is of the utmost importance to our firm. As the situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, so does our firm’s response. To that end, we have been working tirelessly to responsibly implement our work from home protocols pursuant to our Business Continuity Plan and Pandemic Response Plan.

Today, the Chicago Bar Association sent a message to its members encouraging member-firms to consider remote work options for all legal and support staff until such time as this health emergency is past. We absolutely join in this sentiment. As a result, Noonan & Lieberman will begin allowing employees to securely work from home beginning tomorrow, March 19, 2020. Our IT infrastructure ensures that we can operate remotely without compromising the quality of legal services or the security that you expect from us.

Please be assured that we will continue to review and update our plan as the situation progresses. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact one of the undersigned partners.

Sincerely,
